That behavior is a default feature of Tor Browser, it's not for the other browsers as you have to go to their settings and enable it yourself.

well, degoogled chromium it is default. If brave, new edge, and other chromium based browsers are considered separate browsers,, degoogled chromium is too.

I have not changed any settings on my browser or use any extensions.
