Yup. When they build up any equity, they either spend it on bullshit (at least the CooRooNoo hysteria stopped the idiotic tourism trips) or they ____ it to get an even bigger house that they won't keep up.
Edit: Seems to be the word "flip". Edit 2: "flip lt" (put a lowercase "L" to mimic an "i") is the site I believe and it is detecting a space replacing the period before the "it" domain.

I was going to guess spend it was triggering things. So many TLDs that almost any two-word phrase with space treated as period is a potential domain name.
