Not sure if it is only an issue for me.
I can click the upload image icon when going to make a new comment on a post and the upload image overlay properly appears.
If I click to reply to an existing comment and then click the upload image icon, nothing happens.
I need to click to make a new comment, upload an image, cut the embed text and cancel making the new comment, then paste the embed text into my reply to an existing comment.
Example in comment below.

The upload image button doesn't work for me only when trying to upload an image in a reply to a comment inside of a comment thread, not when trying to reply to a comment while viewing the post in its entirety.
