Usually when I up vote the tick turns blue and it counts. Lately it's not doing anything and I don't think the vote count changes.

You probably try to vote in a tab that has been opened for hours where its CSRF token expired.

That’s a time limit protection to prevent bot abuse.

Just refresh/reload a tab before casting votes.
