Not familiar with the KC10. What the comparison?

All I remember when I wrote this was watching a video of an F22 at the time, doing a vertical climb through dust or smoke. The video was shot at such a distance that it appeared to climb slowly, but the thing was just beautiful.

Just looked it up. So what'd you do aboard? Pilot or refuel? Or is that controlled by the pilot?

Seems like a finnicky fucking job. Like if you get one thing wrong everyone on board dies.
