Doesn't that describe perfectly the situation we find ourselves in? The best people seem powerless, while the very worst are easily slipping into positions of authority they are completely unequal to fulfilling. All the passion is on the left, with the screaming lesbians and abortion advocates. The GOP in Congress do nothing.
