I stare at the wall no more sometimes I loom and glimpse out of the window or at the floor am I asleep I wonder so I pinch
myself and know I'm awake it's not a dream and I stare blank at the door afterall what is it there for maybe I'll leave and go to the lake
it won't be a mistake as the world dies will I survive is a question I don't know from experience I've learned about lies a firefly I consume the water and glow
door opened and I found the otherside amongst the tides I politefully abide the sand under my feet and dark moon I opened the door and will see you soon
the door was the only way to leave to survive this world you swim alone while you recollect the memories and powerfully grieve
the door opened and I believe
I stare at the wall no more
sometimes I loom and glimpse
out of the window or at the floor
am I asleep I wonder so I pinch
myself and know I'm awake
it's not a dream and I stare blank
at the door afterall what is it there for
maybe I'll leave and go to the lake
it won't be a mistake as the world dies
will I survive is a question I don't know
from experience I've learned about lies
a firefly I consume the water and glow
door opened and I found the otherside
amongst the tides I politefully abide
the sand under my feet and dark moon
I opened the door and will see you soon
the door was the only way to leave
to survive this world you swim alone
while you recollect the memories
and powerfully grieve
the door opened and I believe
