So I've been reading Berserk, a manga- you have to read panels from right to left. I instinctively read top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left.. and it's just as fucking funny, if not funnier to me as the intended meaning.
Biden is smirking as he's doing something, camera pans out to reveal he's shitting, he hears "psst" and sees an eyeball in the glory hole, immediately jumps to his feet and leans over the too if the stall, sees the tranny health secretary, and demands "Come on, man!!". The final panel leaves it up to your imagination as to what happens next as the freakish tranny stares at the rapacious POTUS.

My theory is that there is few rearrangement of these panels that isn't funny.
