Look at the labels, don't buy Chinese shit. Unless you like consuming heavy metals, extra toxins and supporting the CCP.

Never put anything in your body that came from China, advice from a friend in pharmaceutical manufacturing that had to go there...

On pantry’s, many are shy on fats. Fats are good energy and required part of the diet. I keep a solid stack of corned beef in addition to many others.

Getting into home pressure canning can open up a world of possibilities. We have jars of Chile verde pork, bbq beef, etc. add some rice into the storage and nearly instant delicious meals are a reality.

Canned tuna is easy to stockpile, but it has concerns of toxins at significant quantities. Better than nothing though.
