Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for i.ibb.co. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.dock.shp.mcafee.com, dock.shp.mcafee.com

Looks like a conflict with your antivirus. Do you use mcafee?

I am only somewhat computer literate. My fren wiped the Win10, and installed Linux Mint 2 months ago. I don't believe it has McAfee. I was using my Tmobile phone for a laptop hotspot til 2 weeks ago, then they finally hooked up the house internet. I remember being able to view ibb stuff, pre-house internet service...the phone internet works fine, but the house fiber connection is faster. White peepo problems..

try tor browser. If it works that means your internet connection is blocking ibb or ibb is blocking your IP pool.
