Depends on what you mean by a lot. 10%? Sure, the useless far left definitely deserves it. 20%? Maybe. 30%? Now you're starting to threaten the survival of our people with too much selective pressure after a couple generations of too little breeding. Kill anyone who's a direct threat to the success of the cause of preserving European civilization or irredeemably useless/tainted, but leave some of the useful idiots who can be more useful once the people controlling them are gone.

That leaves 20 million Brits, 100 million americans, and so on. Plenty to avoid what you're describing.
If we're gonna go that far then most of the rest of the world will need to see bigger reductions to keep us from being overrun.
