The man is a legend.
The man is a legend.
Controversial psychiatrist Professor Thomas Szasz wrote The Myth of Mental Illness in 1961
If you talk to God, you are praying; If God talks to you, you have schizophrenia.
Szasz argued throughout his career that mental illness is a metaphor for human problems in living, and that mental illnesses are not "illnesses" in the sense that physical illnesses are
In Szasz's view, people who are said by themselves or others to have a mental illness can only have, at best, "problems in living".

I got the impression he opposed the psychiatric industry and that it seemed to be inventing illnesses to sell cures, much like Big Pharma. But I don't see the source now.
You can see psychiatry pushing to expand its empire during this plandemic hoax. Never let a good crisis go to waste. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2020/dec/27/covid-poses-greatest-threat-to-mental-health-since-second-world-war
Gimme more money. Lots.
I have been subject to involuntary medication and now, with the covid vax, the whole world may be about to find out exactly what it is like. Not pleasant and not helpful.
I hope to help others to help me to help everyone.
