Im worried about people going to an entirely plant based diet. I did veganism for a while. Im not sure its the healthiest choice. Humans evolved to rely partly on animal protein. Eggs and milk will give you that but soy wont. People are getting too much soy estrogens and not enough B12. The problem is farming animals humanely for dairy. It will increase the cost of dairy by about 4x I should think.
