I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling from Barclays. You are tied to Apartheid in South Africa from my student days. You did not repay £600 when someone got my pin and credit card by intercepting my post years ago. You enabled me to lose £62.500 gambling on the stock market. You should have given me a severe talking to when I lost 10% and told me I didn't seem to know what I was doing and that you had a safer fund for me and that you would not let me lose any more money with Barclays Stockbrokers. The only reason I have stayed with you is, apart that I think all banks are equally awful, is that your colour is blue.

I just did some internet banking and Barclays asked how likely I was to recommend them to family or friends. I gave 4 out of 10 and then asked why the 4? My above scree would not submit, so I have recorded IT here.

I think Barclays has a massive class action for aiding and abetting stock trading losses by overconfident customers who thought they could outsmart the market. A market that is rigged against them, as Barclays well knows. I suspect Barclays was trading on knowing what trades their customers were making, adding it into their AI algorithm and trading with that fore knowledge ahead of their customers. Doubtless other shenanigans were operated. But Barclays was greedy for their trading commissions and regarded customers as mugs to be milked, safe behind the dictum of caveat emptor. No! Barclays had a duty of care.
