Trump made it VERY clear today that for the 1st time in US History, all 50 States and Territories have declared a State of Emergency, and therefore, under the Constitution & the National Emergencies Act, the President has temporary total authority over the States.

Trump's Powers are limitless....he CAN legally dissolve Good For Nothing CONgress.

Yes, this was true of George Washington, and it will be true of President Trump too!
