Here's my take:

Vaccine will not be required by the makers of the vaccine, so they can escape legal liability, but Democrat leaders will require it.
Multiple vaccines will be required and people will be made more and more sick from it. Some hospitals could be overrun.
Gov't (Democrats) will enact policy that says you cannot renew your driver's license, passport, get welfare, get gov't healthcare, get your social security check, unless you have a vaccine card.
The main targets to kill off are: seniors, the useless, welfarians, the unskilled, the unemployed, the unhealthy, the obese, as they all use up too many gov't resources like social programs.

Interesting. Just one thing, a law was passed in the 1980's that made vaccine makers NOT liable for any damage caused by their vaccines. I think Trump will not require it. Trump says the Military will be used to distribute the vaccine, so the military won't be making it mandatory.

I've often thought about this statement that Trump made, of using the military to distribute the vaccine, instead of one's doctor or pharmacy which is more typical. I've been wondering if Trump is hinting/indicating that we will be under Martial Law by the end of the year, and military taking over the blue states/cities.

You make an interesting point. T can take control of the vaccine. but then not make it mandatory. But some people say that other governments at many other levels, state, local, etc. WILL require the vaccine, because they are brainwashed. It might be required to renew your passport, or driver's license, or get your social security check, or get a welfare check. So in effect, it will be mandatory for all after all. It just might take more time this way.

Anyway, that's how you boil a frog, or brainwash the sheeple: in small increments. When all the small changes add up it's a bad situation.

There are also rumors that a "vaccine card", possibly in the form of a quantum dot put under the skin, will be required to buy food, utilities, power, water, anything. This will, in effect, make the vaccine mandatory too. Many people could get sick from the vaccine, and the DS says "then you need more vaccines!" And more vaccines will make more people sick.
