Most Christians don't accept the apocalypse as literal. That's a neoamerican thing which is why Christians could defend their resources, territory, and women and children before the apolypticics showed up.

The fall of America will be attributed equally to both the leftists and the Apocalypse literalists who thought God was going to show up to smite their enemies for them.
