Yip but you lose them and you have lost alot. Plus now when you try "recruit" more not only will you have the left saying no but also all those that were neither hot nor cold. . ..... your odds are less now and look what happened when the odds were high.
From my experience, everyone I speak with that is in the know, do not falter easily. They aren't defeatist. It's not at that point yet but if it gets there, and I believe it will, many more are prepared and ready.
