I watched a video today, where he signed supposed EO's... after muttering through some nonsense, at 1:32:00 he finds his way to the table 3 ft away. Than he reads off a "card" what the EO's are for!!?? WTF??? LOL

I also noticed the stickers on the floor to instruct the other puppets where to stand!! LOL

Photo ops almost always put pieces of tape on the floor as cue markers where to stand. Especially for television. This is because the lighting is set up like a theater and they have to stand in the light just right, or the photo / TV show doesn't turn out right. This isn't anything new.

Yes, that is true. But to have a POTUS read off a card what's in the EA he's about to sign, should have you wondering why?

And it's a small area, and they have masks on... It's not like they need the best lighting for 3 people.
