A local Jew tried to take them to task because there was an ordinance against such things but his case was thrown out of court because the judge decided it was a "private" business and not subject to normal laws. So the Jew went in and undressed until he had on only a sock covering his balls and cock. When the arrested him for indecent exposure in public he claimed he was in a private business and so it wasn't in public as per their ruling. A privately owned business open to serve the public can't enforce it's own store policies on the public and choose whom they will serve and whom they won't serve. They also must observe all state laws regarding that business and accessibility to the public.
