Even if the Frankfurt server story was not true we know that a senior IT specialist Arturo Delia at Leonardo SPA was ordered to upload an updated algorithm to Dominion servers through an Italian military satellite. This happened in the early hours of the morning right after election day when all Dominion machines were shut down for two hours and rebooted with the new software update. Delia even testified in Italian court about this in an unrelated case having to do with corruption at Leonardo and government officials.
