Yes. They apply The Law Of Reversal to hide their codes. I've written about this at length.

In this case 233 represents 2 33s or 66 which = 666 in that 66 = 6 X 6 = 36.

Therefore using the code: > 3 6s = 666..

It also reflects eleven in that the sum of 1 to 11 (1:11) is 66. 3 6s = 666.

66 is a ciphered 666.

EDIT: The Jewish gematria of 233 comes up first and foremost as "Gematria" I shit you not.
