Dead at age of 65 maybe suicide easy road out. How many others will take this road out?

Most of us old people want to hang on as long as possible. . I'm sure the stress of covid and estrangement from family a lot of us are experiencing will cause suicide rates to increase. One of my grandson's friends killed himself lost everything; his job, apartment, girlfriend, car within a month. Yeah he's well out of it, but left alot of pain for family and friends. Might be the easy way but survivors have to live with it.
If it's suicide I'd bet it's more likely that he's been depressed since norm died, they were close.
