Thats not the point. Run off MSM and DS funded propagandists without affecting true journalists (if they still exist) or common person trying to get news out.
Imagine if the US did this. We would all be imprisoned for anything we'd shared that went against their narratives.

You need to see how this could be something put in place to silence the individual.
I support Russia's actions in Ukraine from what I've read/seen so far and do think there is much propaganda out there against them.
However, a law like this could be used for very bad things outside of their current situation.
