Russia has just publicly stated they have IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE that the US funded bio-labs in Ukraine were military installations that were operating under the guise of "scientific research."

I read that Russia has called for an emergency meeting of the UN security council tomorrow. That would be an appropriate time and place to show the evidence.
