Anyone know if he can sue for inflating the companies worth when he finds out there's millions upon millions of bots padding out user statistics?
A lot of that bot traffic is sold to advertisers as real traffic. Third party analytic tools can't always distinguish the traffic; or rather, they're intentionally implemented in a way that makes distinguishing the traffic difficult.
Short answer is yes, they were supposed to freeze their code/account settings, however, they may claim that people are leaving twitter because of the transfer, but we know its just bots.
