No you can’t. You deplete the nutrients too fast. Buying constant fertilizer and such isn’t along term answer. Also, grow some fat. In a tub? Body needs fats more than lettuce, pigs take space plus crop space to feed them. Chickens need range too. Otherwise you’re just a fertilizer and feed defendant confined feed lot,

you are right to do what you can with what you got, but i aint no vegan. apartment aquaponics is cool but i consider fish to be a vegetable.
