If you are over 18, the amount of easy it is to get a license around here is disturbing. You do not need to be able to read English to obtain one.

I am aware of this, I am pretty sure a large part of the 30k car deaths per year come from around here. The number of people that go the wrong way down one way streets is obscene. Its an arrow the sign is a damn arrow, why?
