Yeah but what about the white people that pick up their dog's shit, and then just place the little plastic bag of shit along the path for someone else to remove and dispose? I live outside the city, and I see a lot of this in locations where there are no conveniently placed trash cans. Honestly on dirt pathways out in the country, it would be better to just leave the shit on the ground where it can naturally decompose rather than to have little plastic shitbags lining the trail.
