This is an observable thing. Negroes are incapable of self governance. My townhouse complex lies a mile away from an apartment complex in suburbia. So my 90+% white neighborhood has people walking their dogs everywhere and there is no shit to be found. I had to change my jogging route and head west b/c the mostly minority apt complex (guesstimating it's like 50 something % minority) is a fucking minefield where all you do is dodge dog shit.
