Funny thing is, I used to have points (never bothered to figure how they were calculated).
There was some post about the new voat doxxing folks here, I didn't see that in the provided note and said as much. But I also said if true, then that's 1) fucked up and 2) an issue that should be dealt with.
Then.....today I find I am negative in a big way. Can't post as often, can't vote, etc. Still haven't gotten any reasonable answer, and I've looked to see if I was massively downvoted, etc....which I don't see I am.
The timing is suspicious, in my mind. But, if that's the way folks want to run the site, it's their site....they can do what they want. But some have told me that's happened before, so perhaps it's the way it's being cultivated.

I don't downvote at all. Thought that was discouraged here.
Plus, I checked my posts, and they're not downvoted (at least what I can see).
Really don't know. I'm starting to care less, but if my interactions to the site are changed, then essentially it's the same thing as banning a user.
If it's a power mod trip like they do on Reddit, then that's another issue.
If you're so sure that you've been a good boy, you should at AOU.
Thank you for that. I haven't quite figured out their point system either. Mostly only come here to read the posts.
