  1. "Prep Time: 30 minutes" yeah motherfucker I see that "4 lbs sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)" or "32 oz frozen cauliflower (cooked)". Nobody has fucking peeled/diced/cooked ingredients at the ready, so best be including the time or "prep time" is bullshit

  2. Retarded quantities of ingredients: shit like 20oz of tomato sauce, when the standard large can is 28oz. Just add the damn 8 oz and say "1 28 oz can tomato sauce" because I'm adding the extra anyway, ain't no way I am saving 8oz of bullshit for later. I don't keep odd quantities of anything but condiments

My favorite is a recipe for a lemon Betty that I found that uses volume and weight measurements, both US AND METRIC!

Grams, milliliters, ounces and fluid ounces.
