Bronchitis is a bitch. I have had that a few times in my life. These people crying about 3 days od Covid should try Bronchitis or real Pneumonia on for size.
Nothing like coughing up blood in the morning to really start the day right
About a month ago I got food poisoning and had severe diarrhea which lasted for over a week. I stopped eating because I felt too sick weak but then got even weaker. Went to hospital but they said I was fine and sent me home with prescriptions. Meds made me sicker so I stopped taking them. Then just as I started getting better I got a cough that quickly got so bad I could barely breath. Tried to ride my bike and it was scary. I had to stop multiple times just to catch my breath. It feels like my lungs are full of concrete. Just dragging the trash can off the street leaves me winded and gasping for air. I'm thinking this is my life now. A wheezing old man who gets short of breath doing simple things.
I also had real bad food poisoning from White Castle in my 20's. 72 Hours of shits, squirts vomit, fever, dry heaves, and almost no sleep. Covid people can kiss my ass.
Most of my adult life I've been on the road or just working out of town and I've had food poisoning too many times. Even when I report it nothing is done. Blacks working at McDonald's deliberately gave me a stale fish sandwich. I got sick before I even finished it. Same as your symptoms. Being alone in my condo I seriously wondered who would find my body and realized I really didn't care. Weirdly after two days I woke up on third day feeling a bit weak but otherwise fine.
