I knew it. You're waking up after a fast & destroying all your good intestinal flora going full acidic. Coffee lowers your PH it helps breed disease when the body is out of whack. If you want to help your body get back to feeling better you'll need to start taking probiotics, eat breakfast, change to an alkaline diet.
Sugars, flours, processed foods, alcohol, coffee. All won't let your body heal.
It's your body man but if you want to reverse the feeling of shit you can go balls to the wall all raw diet for 30 days it's hard cause you need to eat a lot and it's also expensive. If not well go slow but definitely change your diet if you want?
Lastly & sadly. No one is coming. No one is going to save you. From one day to another you can be a fit chad but you will have to fight yourself as change is painful. It's your avatar. Your matrix. Your story.
