It does, the business has only one function which is to fund this guy's retirement. It doesn't operate for any other reason. It has only one client, and his equity stake is 50%. This gets tricky, because income is not technically equity in a company, but the way I have it setup any income I make gets cut into 50/50 back to him. When I die, so does the income stream

Not from smoking, just a severe birth defect that never went away. I've elected to be DNR and not to put myself on a transplant list, those lungs can go to someone else
