I knew this one dude, thought he was a nice guy, decided to create a company with him mostly out of curiosity and wanting to help. At first he was nice(I suspect this guy is also a kike), somewhat helpful. I mean he was new to the field, so I knew some downtime was gonna be required to get him up to speed. The company has only been around for a few months at best, and has not really been making much in terms of money, actually when you account for all the taxes, we are essentially breaking even.

However, right now Im running into massive issues with the company. The company only has one client and it is making some good money. However, the partner in this case is feeling I "stole" money from him through not giving him equity. Since the company has no equity at this point, this was really confusing. However, eventually he told me he sees equity as income, so any money I make through the company through a client needs to be split 50/50 with this guy. He also told me I should be giving him more money since I can always get a second job and use that to supplement my own income. What makes this weird, is the liabilities are not considered equity, so he thinks I need to pay all the liabilities for the company, whilst half the profits become his.

It's annoying but I'm disolving the company and dumping the client, and im gonna find my own through my own mechanisms instead. Im just done with this unequal partnership bullshit.
