Its a box they have to make all employees check so they can say they have told you these things.

The training has to be laughably stupid, it has to be handled by the dumbest employee in the organization.

You build training materials for them, not for the reasonably intelligent people. The smart people know they are checking a box.

It's kind of fun living in this world when you're awake from the shit, feels like life is more morbid and rough, but you definitely get much farther knowing how the system works and how it can be corrupted
