Because they are screening for like-minded people.

It's a litmus test for them to screen out the crazy anti-vaxxers.

Can't blame them: helps you avoid them, too.

I know that one of the things I consider is whether or not they would require vaccination. If they do, tells me they may not be the best of choices.
