I will try to keep it somewhat brief and to the point. The man is known as a CAO, Casualty Assistance Officer, or at least he was. I'm not entirely too sure what the rules behind CAOs are. He is also a wealth management consultant, who operates SGLI payouts from cash to IRAs. So from my perspective, I never chose to be his friend, so much as was forced to be his friend by the US Army. From what I gather, this is yet another diversity hire nigger abusing his position of authority and trust for enriching himself, typical nigger tier level shit. On one hand, you feel bad for him because he has money problems. However, when you research the why, its mostly because he oogah boogahs on the dumbest shit imaginable. He got married recently, and he's already cheated on his wife at least once, so not exactly the most reliable or ethical person in the world. But the thing is I wouldn't really know who or where to escalate this person to. He's clearly unfit for the job, and he's an embarrassment to whatever is left of the US Army name, not that there is much left to begin with.
