All the benefits I get are inherently useless. Health insurance can be bought and sold outside a workplace, the retirement beneftis will be useless as the markets and inflation eats up all the gains, the other benefits are fringe and can be taken away at any time. Realistically, all these benefits you get as an employee of a company, are mostly fluff. They mean nothing. Sure, working at your own company is much riskier, but you get way more in terms of being your own business, and the corporate tax deductions are still very generous. Actually for the most part, it makes way more sense to work and operate under your own business than it does for someone else. Dont like the client? Fire them. No complex bullshit required
