This is day 4 of him asking me to work late and its getting on my nerves. I could understand a day or two, but it seems he wants to make this a recurring pattern, and he wants to add weekends too. I mean, I don't personally care because im not gonna do it, but these companies really see you as some kind of slave that they can chew up and spit out when they're done. Im sure come time, theyll have some convenient excuse why bla bla bla, reductions, screw you, etc

"Hey kike, lately I've been doing a lot of overtime and it's has started to affect things in my private life in a negative way. I'm glad to help out here and there, but I feel really burnt out lately."

If he tells you to just suck it up and take it, intentionally don't sleep for 1 or 2 days then go to a doctor and tell then you have developed a problem with your knee or lower back from working too much or and too long. My own Dr told me that there is no way to prove if someone really has pain in knees or back, they will just take your word for it if you play it well enough.

Now every time kike forces you to do too much overtime you just call in sick and take a long weekend, saying that the pain came back. Since you have a doctor's note that confirms your pain developed due to work, kike will be too scared to give you crap over it due to fear of a lawsuit.

Tried and tested technique.
