This is day 4 of him asking me to work late and its getting on my nerves. I could understand a day or two, but it seems he wants to make this a recurring pattern, and he wants to add weekends too. I mean, I don't personally care because im not gonna do it, but these companies really see you as some kind of slave that they can chew up and spit out when they're done. Im sure come time, theyll have some convenient excuse why bla bla bla, reductions, screw you, etc

Old joke I heard decades ago - Boss comes to work in a new sports car. Employee tells the boss how awesome the car is. Boss tells employee 'and if you work just as hard this year, and production increases, I'll be able to buy another one next year'.
