Im looking at Jersey right now, and from what i gather i have yet to understand why people would want to pay so much to live in such an expensive, commie dump. The rents are insane, the housing prices are double everywhere else because of property tax alone (the property tax is its own mortgage payment), you get treated like crap for holding any non liberal values, and the people here just absolutely suck, and let's not forget the cripllingly high income tax, sales tax, insurance is more expensive, illegal immigrants. I just came back from the south US area, and I'm about ready to nope out again ina. flash, if it wasn't for my parents

migrants have to live around their own people just to survive, they are not independent and cannot survive in the rest of the US without their own. Hence why they are willing to live with 5 other of their own migrant niggers in a tight space and split the cost. Then rely on the rest of their own community of fellow migrant niggers.

This is why those places are expensive and a dump.

Yup. Go anywhere in Maryland and it's the same way. You'll see "flophouses" where it's a crackerbox, small house, but it's been renovated to where there's a downstairs with a FULL kitchen and 3 bedrooms and full bathroom, and then upstairs will have 5 or 6 tiny ass closet bedrooms for two families. And there will be 4 or 5 cars parked in the street in front of the house
