I've seen tons of houses up for sale in my area for dirt cheap, not like somewhat cheap, like appraisal is way over the buy price bad. This makes me think, even with the current discounts, the BPS rate hike, houses are still unaffordable as it is, simply because any price savings from the discounts is eaten up by interest rates. This will drive house prices down even further, causing a bigger rate hike. The goy will lose every time, and they did this with the price discounts of Gas. Gas would go down, taxes would go up, and the price didn't budge much in the meantime

This is what happened in the 60's. Wealthy jews started buying up blocks of homes in White working class neighborhoods creating "section 8" housing and moving inner city ghetto neegroes into those formerly all White neighborhoods.
