I decided to take out the plugs and start looking at the electric, and the nuts and bolts of the house. to now, many breakers are broken, a lot of wall outlets need to be replaced, there was still rubble and dirt in the outlets signifying no one bothered to clean out the outlets before putting in the electric, electrical issues with certain outlets not working, water/plumbing issues, etc. none of these were really apparent in the inspection, but they became more apparent now. what makes this interesting is that all the parts are chinesesium crap, built by illegal mexicans, and the house sold by an indian person through a jewish agency. so really, no white people were involved in this house at all. if i had to gather how much this place is truly worth, its around a tenth of what it should have been

What inspection was done? A qualified house inspector would have spent hours in the house and tested every outlet, every tap, hell even scoped the walls to look for hidden water damage. The $300-$500 spent on a proper house inspection is the best money you can spend as it will prevent you from throwing money into a pit such as this building you are now stuck with.

I dont really know how the inspector "missed" all these issues. My gf was telling me the real estate agent was probably desperate to make a sale in this time, and was being super pushy, leaving the inspector to "forget" certain key items of the house

If you bought from a realtor and an inspection was done, run this by a lawyer. This is gross negligence at the least.

The real estate agent had added a clause to state inspection as is, which gave me close to zero recourse to back out or negotiate the broken items
