The weather is highly manipulated at ths point. Off the west coast we've have a real tight wind flow that has effectively blocked any storms from landing (You can see this yourself on the Windy website). This type of wind flow typically happens maybe once every three to five years in Winter for about six days. Instead HAARP (or the upgraded equivalent) has kept this weather "feature" locked in place for weeks and it looks like they are going to continue this at least till November. I've never seen anything like this in the Fall, and there is no way it is natural.
