Honestly a blessing in disguise, because it showed how dysfunctional they really were. They had shipped out a laptop and started giving me access to stuff, and they even setup repo access for me this morning. I was on the way to get the laptop they gave me, because they had shipped it and it got delayed. I thought no biggy, ill get it in a few days, and most companies usually have a few weeks to get you up and running. Every company i know of usually factors in delays and hiccups as part of their onboarding. These people instead gave me read/write access to a repo, and set me up with the meetings, and than fired me for not getting my laptop on time. Makes no sense to me, but so is the world of psychotic companies that can't decide what they're doing
