It's Sunday, what do you expect? The admin people who do those sorts of things generally work M-F. Why would the PT sales guy who works weekends or the guy tasked with opening and closing the store on the weekend AKA the 'assistant manager' know anything about how to open accounts?
Besides the majority of their commercial accounts will be coming in during their business hours ie. not the weekend.
