You don't talk to the employees when you are trying to setup commercial accounts. Anyone with a brain knows this. You call the corporate office. I have accounts with multiple construction supply companies. Never once did i think it was a good idea to go in on a weekend and ask the stock boys to help me setup an account. This guy is just as dumb as the people that he claims don't know how to do something they aren't trained for.

Assistant can ring up the general. For a retail store, 5k on the spot is a pretty big deal, so I think they probably wouldn't mind being bothered for a minute on the phone on their day off.
