When a company releases a yearly survey on their websites, it's to preemptively stifle negative noise and conversation, and leave a (misguided) sense of accomplishment. That is the only point. You believe they will read your hard written criticism, and they easily throw it in the can.

Don't fall for this censorship. Complain in public forums. The two largest "tabletop games" companies jewdubbah, and Fleecers of the Cards do this. They know about their anti consumer practices and how it hurts their own 'long haul' goyim customers. They need to hook the new idiot for a paypig. What they don't want is for their public forums trashed with the opinions of passionate angry men expressing their disappointment, asking why all the good lore and artistic wit suddenly and mysterious checked out, tales of corporate betrayal, fights over intellectual property, how the game changed from story telling to one of utter pay to win, suspicion of deliberate rebalance conspiracy to sell different miniatures or booster packs, stories of old editions and tales on why Gygax would never do this. It is all a turn off for potential suckers that are happening to be dipping their toes that day. So they need to direct all that passionate, yet constructive energy and point it at the void.

They really need their subleddits, bergfaces and shitbirb pages spotless to make that next sale. So get mad in the public square. Talk about how your players have moved on to the greener pastures of homebrew. Talk about how well that 3d printer works. Talk about how the quality and depth of proprietary offerings has degraded before the soulless jew hegemons. Don't let that useful leddit idiot sucker them in to the bland, safe, bubble zone of objectively subpar overpriced entertainment.
